As lead data scientist, I developed, implemented, and maintained advanced analytics models, translating business goals into model requirements. I coached junior data scientists and presented results and model guidance to stakeholders.
Working in agile scrum teams with large-scale and big data datasets, I applied machine learning and statistical methods using Python tools such as pandas, alongside analytics to solve business problems and improve processes. I also contributed to the professionalization of analytics capabilities across Alliander.
This role laid the foundation for my later move into building and operating ML applications in production.
